RECRUITMENT PROCESS






Generally the recruitment process held by the human resource department of a company after the plan of recruitment they starts the recruitment process. Different companies follow the different types of recruitment policies. But mostly all the recruitment processes have the common methods of written test, group discussion and the final HR round. That is called personal interview. Some companies recruit the people directly i.e. the company has a human resource department and they will select the right candidates with the interviews methods and some companies can recruit the employees through the consultancies. The consultancy recruitments process selects the candidates in two different modes.

First method: the consultancy selects the candidates as their own employees and it gives the service to the companies that means selected employees should work in company under the consultancy guidelines. In this case the consultancy acts as a manpower supply agency to the company. Employees will paid by the consultancy.

Second method: In this method the company selects the employees by their human resource persons. And the employees paid by the company itself. The employee should work in the company under the company guidelines. The selected candidates have all the benefits of the company provided
